1. About these Terms

Novari Labs LLP is a limited liability partnership registered in England and Wales, with its registered office at 27 Old Gloucester Street, London, WC1N 3AX, United Kingdom. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Novari Labs regarding your use of the site. Separate written agreements apply to paid engagements with our studio; in the event of any conflict, the terms of the written engagement agreement will prevail.

2. Eligibility

By using the site, you represent that you are at least 16 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement. If you are using the site on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

3. Use of the site

Nothing on the site grants you any license or right to use any trademark, logo, or other intellectual property displayed on the site without the prior written consent of Novari Labs or the applicable rights holder. The "Novari Labs" name and the stylized "N" mark are trademarks of Novari Labs LLP.

You may view, download, and print portions of the site strictly for your personal, non-commercial reference, provided that you do not modify any content and retain all copyright and other proprietary notices.

5. User submissions

If you submit information to us through the contact form, by email, or by any other means (a "Submission"), you grant Novari Labs a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual license to use that Submission solely for the purpose of responding to you, evaluating a potential engagement, and operating our business.

You represent that any Submission you make is your own or that you have the necessary rights to share it, and that it does not infringe the intellectual property, privacy, or other rights of any third party. Please do not send us confidential or sensitive information without first agreeing an appropriate confidentiality framework with us in writing.

The site may contain links to third-party websites that are not owned or controlled by Novari Labs. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy practices, or conduct of any third-party website.
